"Part of the condition of being a good teacher is knowing that there is always something new to learn ... not reach all students in the same way, but there is always something to learn about each and about human learning in general . "

Introduction
In societies that have a level of scientific and technological development there are schools or school institutions providing educational services as a means to ensure the transfer of their culture. Schools are committed to promoting experiences to facilitate the development of the skills needed to live in a group, the appropriation of various cultural instruments and to contribute to socialization.
School education differs from the education they provide other contexts such as the family and the media, among others, the type of knowledge, but mainly by those responsible for it, teachers and experts in education agents. The teacher is an expert with specific characteristics and skills, which make it competent to propose, plan and manage situations for acquiring knowledge, developing skills and shaping attitudes.
The teacher's role
Understand the relationships between teaching it requires reflection on the activity of the teacher in the classroom and student outcomes related thereto, thereby seeking effective teaching. Teacher effectiveness related to their behavior in the classroom and how it affects the student learning, is a possibility to identify and describe the effects produced by teachers so that "other teachers" can recognize and reinterpret these effects in the context of their own classrooms.
The teacher has different roles, transmits knowledge, encourage, supervise or guide the learning process, is a researcher ... the teacher is an organizer and mediator between the student and knowledge.
The teacher is the mediator between the student and culture through their own cultural level, the significance it attaches to the curriculum in general and the knowledge it conveys in particular and attitudes that have to knowledge or to a specialized plot same. The screening of the curriculum by teachers is not just a problem of different interpretations teaching but also biases in those meanings, from a social point of view, are not equivalent or neutral.
Understanding how teachers mediate knowledge that students learn in school institutions is a need to better understand why factor students differ in their learning, attitudes to learning and to the same social distribution of what is learn.
